At long last, my search for a great BBQ place in Seattle finished! As a picky southern belle, I had almost lost hope for food that tastes like home.
The pulled pork is absolutely delicious, flavorful and tender. Smoked to perfection. The sides (the most important test) were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend their mac and cheese and beans, as well as the pulled pork sandwich. You won't be disappointed! -

Ordered this on DoorDash for lunch while at work. I was rushing to order something because I was working, so I didn't bother to check reviews. The food was TERRIBLE! I ordered the brisket with crispy fries, and mammy's coleslaw. The meat looked like it was boiled! It was flavorless and tough. The fries were unseasoned, and the coleslaw has some weird "seeds" in it. DON'T BUY "FOOD" from here. It's the worst place!

This is not a real restaurant. They are a "virtual restaurant" based out of the kitchen at Roxy's Diner.
I ordered a brisket plate with cole slaw and tater tots. The cole slaw was gross, but the brisket was even grosser! I ended up throwing away the brisket after one bite, as it immediately made me sick to my stomach.
The tater tots were salvageable ... they arrived kinda soggy, but crispes up after a couple minutes in the toaster oven.
I will definitely not order from this operation again! -

This place is not bbq. This place IS an abomination. The fries and sides were the only edible part. The "brisket" was vile. I didn't even eat it. I took a pic. See for yourself. The pulled pork on the Mac and cheese had never seen the inside of a bbq.
Do not order food from here. You will feel ripped off like I was. -

So my fiancé hastily ordered this place on Uber eats. One of the few times where we ordered before checking it out on other outlets like yelp and google. I really wish we did though because place was just plain SAD. So sad it made me sad. We ordered the rib plate w/ hush puppies and chili. Mac n cheese, and the chili loaded fries. My fiancé ordered the chicken Cobb salad. I don't know where this owner/chef learned bbq and if it was based out of New York City or something. This place is NOT BBQ.
Ribs tasted like they were boiled and just smothered in sauce. Not very good and lots of cartilage.
Mac and cheese could have been decent if it was seasoned in some way and used some type of Mac noodle and not huge pasta noodles. Also the pasta used was so over boiled and soggy.
The loaded fries were probably the worse out of the bunch. Extremely soggy and tasteless. That was not a chili on there. Ground beef, some beans and just plain bad.
Hush puppies were burnt on the outside. Very inconsistent. One was very dry and over cooked, one was undercooked, one was actually ok.
My fiancé did not even finish half her salad and actually broke out in hives after eating some of everything. Don't know which dish it came from but she gets sensitive to dirty areas. She suspects a unsanitary kitchen.
The only decent dish was my chili w/meat which was my side dish. We dipped out hush puppies in it to give it more flavor.
All in all we could not finish our meal and I did not want to take my leftovers to work tomorrow. I like to optimistic about places and hope that the owner/chef reads this and takes it into consideration. Visit a real bbq spot in the Midwest or east coast and try what they are doing or call Ramsay to shape this place up. Might be you're limited in resources and can only do so much in Seattle but BBQ is an untapped niche here and who ever nails it will be huge out here.
I will not be ordering from here but if they decide to improve or change their ways I'll give it another shot. But for now please save your money and time. There are way better options out there to turn into poop.
